Summary: Room had alot of bugs on the floor when checked in, cat climbing on a counter where food was served. Did not have food. Pool was unheated, too cold to use.

Summary: The room was clean however the shower drain leaked onto the bathroom floor. The beds were very stiff but I am finding all beds in Portugal are very stiff. The staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful.
