Positive: From start to finish it was a beautiful stay, gorgeous facility and wonderful staff. The home its self was perfect for our family. Very clean, had everything ypu would need in a home and more.

Negative: Unfortunately the indoor pool was getting a new roof and shut down at the moment but I completely understand and we were able to use the very warm outdoor pool comfortably.

Summary: Best Weekend EVER!!

Positive: Nice location and layout. I slipped going down the stairs at night. The carpet is the same color as the flooring so I misstepped. A nonslip rug at the bottom of stairs in contrasting color might solve this issue. Also one of the hall lights in front of the downstairs bathroom is out. There was a slipping rug in front on the front door that we removed as it was unsafe. We did have a problem with the microwave which was quickly resolved by Todd from Vacasa.

Positive: Property was great. Kitchen, Living Room and Porch were awesome.

Negative: First, the key lock on door was not working. Dead bolt was loose, spun around and would not reset. Had to dial in 3 to 4 times before it would unlock. Then locking it took as many trys. Second, the mattresses on the King and both Queens were very hard. None of us slept well. The comforter on one bed was torn up.

Summary: Family get away.
