Positive: The property was excellent. Plenty of spaces for parking 2 cars on the driveway. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. All necessary appliances were there. The kitchen is stocked up a little of everything (accept foods). It’s good enough for staying couple days, weeks, or months. The owner even provides beach chairs and towels. Although we didn’t use them because we brought ours. If we have a chance to visit Venice again in the future, we definitely will stay here for sure.

Positive: Clean, more than enough space and towels. Kitchen was nice. Host was very kind.

Negative: The only thing holding this place back is water pressure. I know that its well water, but man, if there is anything that can be done to improve the dribble from the shower it would take this place to a 12/10. With the way it is, it really prevented me from having a great trip, due to the fact that I was feeling very nasty and unclean the entire stay. Seriously, it's bad. Especially when you're applying oily sunscreen and stuff each day to visit the beach. Other than that though, the place and host were wonderful. If you don't mind the serious lack of water pressure, this place is a gem at a great price!

Positive: The bathroom is very nice And the kitchen is okay. But the best part is the location it's a quiet neighborhood that's close to the center.

Negative: The walls need some paint And the place is pretty empty. The wifi router kept flashing in my eyes (some tape would fix this).
