Located on a working ranch with miles and miles of trails for hiking and less that a two minute drive to access the Bitterroot River for blue ribbon fly fishing. The Bunkhouse is not like any ordinary Bunkhouse with re purposed, authentic barn wood cabinets; one of a kind fixtures; beautiful wood finishes throughout and all the comforts of home. Two bedrooms, two and 1/2 bathrooms plus a bonus room downstairs. Stunning mountain views. Enjoy wildlife and birds from the deck plus a hot tub to relax in and witness for yourself why Montana is called the "Big Sky Country". There is no better place for your own private get-a-way. Summary: We’ve now stayed in both cabins, and they are both amazing! The Bitterroot Cabin accommodated four of us perfectly. We all had room to roam & early risers on either floor didn’t disturb anyone. Comfy beds, amazing showers, laundry facilities, a kick-butt hot tub, deck overlooking the Bitterroots, & authentic decor. The kitchen had all the cooking gear we needed, and John made sure we had plenty of propane for the bbq (which we used every night). And then there’s the views-Bitterroot Mountains, wildlife, stars, weather, you name it. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you so much, John & Jani for sharing your property with us.

Summary: Truly one of the most comfortable house we stayed in and we have stayed in a lot over the past four years. Beautiful house. Well constructed. Idyllic location. Hope to return at some point. Owners are friendly.

Summary: The Bitterroot Bunkhouse exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and the house beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. There were unique details and finishings throughout and we especially loved the privacy in the wooded area with deer passing by daily. The deck with the beautiful views was greatly enjoyed and we look forward to a return visit and highly recommend this property.

Summary: This property is everything! Clean, cozy with stunning views. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and watching the deer graze and soaking in the hot tub with the most breathtaking view. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.

Summary: The Best VRBO in Montana!! The views from every big window is spectacular!! The home is well appointed and had everything we need to be comfortable. The corral is a big plus and adds ambiance to the home place. So nice to be in a quiet place to enjoy the beautiful mtns.
