Guests will love the decks with fantastic lake views, front & back yards & pebble beach & brand new boat/swimming docks.
Bitterroot Bungalow offers 4,000 sq. feet laid out over 2 floors. The lower level offers a living room with a large Smart TV, gas fireplace, patio doors leading out to the lake & 2 bedrooms. One lower level bedroom offers a king bed and the bunk-room offers 2 queen beds as well as a full/twin bunk.
Upstairs offers an open, airy & comfortable layout with a large living room designed for visiting & relaxing while taking in the amazing views of the lake & mountains!
While vacationing at Bitterroot Bungalow you and your family will appreciate the expansive kitchen/dining areas, as well! Also on the main floor you will find the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, balcony/deck, and amazing master bath! There is a bonus study with a pull out queen sofa on this entry-level, as well, offering plenty of sleeping arrangements for your group!
House Rules:
Please discuss dock usage details with host as it is meant for day use only as well as swimming, all at your own risk. Public ramp for launch & retrieve is 3 miles away.
Guests must agree to all house/property/neighborhood rules: Guests must observe the 200' no-wake zone. No parties. Be courteous to neighbors & the neighborhood. 15 MPH in neighborhood. No parking on or along the road. No pollution in the lake including soap/shampoo. Contact property manager for rules and information regarding boat dock. Summary: Great home. Well stocked. Nice location. Loved having the garage to store our water toys. Enjoyed having the kayaks and additional SUP for our crew. It was a relaxing week of boating, skiing, tubing, fishing and chilling on the deck. Thank you for sharing you home.

Summary: House is very nicely appointed with exception of only 4 coffee cups. Owner central air had gone out so we had two portable window air conditioners for main room, one for master and none for downstairs plus several movable fans. Downstairs was too hot to sleep.

Summary: Property is gorgeous, pulled yummy trout and bass out of the beautiful lake! Kayaks, paddle board and pool noodles are all you need! Jamie was an excellent host, took care of our every need. Montana stole our hearts, we will be back!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful week on Little Bitterroot Lake! The home was large enough for our two families to have separate spaces, the kids to run around and the adults to relax. We made great use of the paddle board, kid and adult kayaks and spent hours on the dock and the lake. We appreciated the thorough communication with the property manager and had a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend this place to other families looking to get away and spend time on the water.
