Positive: The decorations are very nice but the service could better. For instance, the Syrian manager/owner and staff had absolutely no advice to affer about traveling in the country as he had never traveled anywhere in the country in 10 years.

Negative: Not helpful for tourists wanting to see the country. Did not appreciate the managed yelling at me for swimming outside pool hours.

Positive: The property was very central, easy to find and felt extremely safe. Also the rooftop pool was nice and the rooms were very large. Lastly, the AC was strong which made sleeping easier.

Negative: The beds and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also so flat I had to ask for three in order to sleep

Summary: Great location and helpful staff but uncomfortable beds.
