Positive: The cleanliness, the hospitality, basically everything is perfect. Even better than hotel. The most clean villa I ever tried ever. Also they provide towels (cleaner than hotel's one) Please note that we're not having the whole building to ourself, they only rent the 2nd floor. Because the 1st floor is for the owner's business and home.
