Positive: Great location, right on the sandy beach and just a 3-minute walk from the city center, restaurants, and shops. It’s perfect for families with small children—the water is shallow, the sand is fine, and there are free umbrellas and beach chairs to use. They even had sand toys for our baby, which was such a nice touch. We stayed in apartment no. 5 on the upper floor. The room was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the daily cleaning was a big plus, especially since we have a small child. The couple who runs the apartments are very kind and thoughtful. They responded quickly to our requests and even gave us a late checkout, which we really appreciated

Positive: We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, each room with its own balcony and a stunning sea view. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was simply magical. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four and spotlessly clean — housekeeping came every day. The property features a large, well-kept garden with plenty of sunbeds, which you can also take down to the beach — conveniently located just outside the gate. The beach itself is perfect for families, with shallow water ideal for kids. There’s even a water park nearby for added fun. The location is truly the best of both worlds: peaceful and quiet, yet just a 5-minute walk from the lively Kavos main street with its variety of restaurants, clubs, markets, and souvenir shops. What really made our stay special were the hosts, Katerina and Ianis. They were absolutely wonderful — always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The warm, family atmosphere they create makes you feel right at home. And the fresh figs... delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Katerina and Ianis for their hospitality! Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Positive: Very clean and good looking. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. They have sunbeds and umbrella you can use at the beach. The beach is accessible from the yard directly. The water is very shallow, perfect if you go with small children.

Negative: The sound proofing could be a bit improved, but nothing bad.

Positive: Exceptional stay! the studio was very comfy, literally I cannot imagine anything else, I need! Well, maybe a coffee machine, but it is only my whim :)

Negative: Well, Kavos is quite a party village, so the loud raves are played around the beach all day long

Positive: Great location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Garden with access to the beach. There are all bathing accessories. They helped us go to the store for steaks. We rented a boat at a very good price. We liked everything. We'll come back if possible.
