Positive: Modern and well equipped home. Fantastic facilities. Great that there was a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs for my elderly Mum who has mobility issues. Everything provided, no need to bring towels, hair dryer or household items, the utility room is stocked with everything you need. A lovely touch from the owner Helen who had left some lovely treats that went down well. There is a paved patio area with plenty of seating which we enjoyed, through french doors located in the large open plan kitchen, dining lounge area.This space was fantastic with a beautiful marble topped island. The property is located a 5 minute drive from Southport and a 10 minute walk from Birkdale train station..

Positive: Very spacious attractive decor and furnishings in a good location

Negative: Lack of attention to cleaning eg dust covered blinds and furniture, water marks on taps, radiators chrome fittings in shower and bathroom furniture, and glazing. Toiletries and washing up liquid had not been replenished although refills for hand wash were in the utility room. Bed linen not ironed

Positive: The home provided plenty of space for a family of six, it was beautifully furnished, and catered to a high standard. It was clean, smelt fresh and use of towels and soaps were much appreciated. Beds are very comfortable, no noise to be heard and night and the street was friendly and quiet. It was a special touch to be presented with Prosecco and beers along with milk and a basket of snacks! Although we didn’t get a chance to drink the bubbles lol! It was appreciated.

Negative: Nothing! We will look forward to returning to this property in the future.
