Summary: Great place to stay! Very comfy and A/C in both bedrooms along with ceiling fans. Nice little patio in back..great for star watching. Good restaurants in town so we didn’t need to cook.

Summary: Really nice property. Has everything a home would have other than food and a toothbrush. Only problem was the cleaning person had missed the last departure for nearly 2 weeks before our arrival. My son and I had to wash bedding, dishes, and carry out rotted garbage on our arrival. Outside of that mishap it was really nice.

Summary: The house has more room than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need to prepare a meal. There are two comfortable bedrooms. The house is quiet, especially given there is a highway very close and major railroad behind the house. There is a restaurant within walking distance. The smart TV had plenty of entertainment choices and the wifi was surprisingly strong.

Summary: To summarize, this could be a real nice property if a number of issues were taken care of: The local contact is does not answer the phone The propane was empty upon arrival therefore no cooking or warm showers though the owner was able to contact the gas company and a delivery was made late in the afternoon the following day. Please do a pest/rodent control walkthrough prior to new guests coming. This would work wonders. Also, check the batteries in the smoke alarms. Having one beep in the middle of the night due to low battery is not pleasant AT ALL. I titled this Part 1 as the owner stated he would compensate me for the first night due to no propane. I will provide a follow up.

Summary: Very cute place, definitely out of the ordinary. Given that it's in between the main road and rail road I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise in the house. Wifi was solid, which was nice for working. Restaurant next door is amazing. Host Randy was very responsive.
