Summary: We stayed here over Christmas vacation and it was just perfect. the place had everything we needed and much more. Our host took great care of us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and care free. With this comfortable, safe, clean and well supplied home to return to in the evening, we were able to spend quality time during the day with family close by, refreshed and recharged by an excellent nights sleep every night. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything to make breakfast, coffee and tea - again, all we needed and more! Looking forward to staying here again sometime. Thank you!!!!

Summary: We absolutely loved our weekend stay. Very clean, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook or grill, very kid friendly with a booster seat and pack and play and games for all ages. Hot showers. About 15 to 20 minutes away from Crystal River and three sister springs. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults, and 5 children under 9 years old. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The inside is updated and very clean. There is an endless supply of bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, and cookware. The outside patio and fire pit area are legit, with a full size grill. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Booking and dealing with Evolve was simple and very positive. I highly recommend Evolve and this unit.
