Positive: Love the family atmosphere of this park. Everyone pitches in and get on with whatever job needs doing around the place. There is always some improvement or upgrade whenever we have visited. Just a lovely place to stay. Close to so many things! We've been here a couple of times now for business mostly, but this time, also for holiday. The staff are wonderful... helped us a lot when our trip over on the Spirit of Tasmania was delayed by a few days, which threw our business plans out the window and we needed to reschedule. Nothing was too difficult! The cabins are lovely, clean, well appointed and comfortable (especially the bed... which is always good). Would highly recommend. They also have a couple of beautifully equipped wheelchair friendly cabins.

Positive: Great stay.. loved the distance from the play ground, definitely has all the normal feels of a big 4.

Negative: My only complaint and it's purely based on the fact the weather was being tassie weather (raining) and in order to load bags and belonging into the unit we had to navigate sideways facing stairs not covered by a little shelter.. just meant things got wet. I hope it's in the plans to just pop a little awning over the "porch" of units so that belongings can be sat outside the door while entering and exiting.

Positive: The facilities were so clean.plenty space

Negative: We asked the lady in reception to book a taxi for this morning for 2 of us for 4.45am. We were waiting for the taxi this morning and when we rang it had been booked for 5.45am. Also yesterday when we were collected at the airport the lady collecting us said she had been told there was 2 of us when we had called to say there was 4. There seemed to be a lack of communication or lack of attention to detail.
