Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to have Earth cafe and the tavern within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The free wifi was a drawcard and I would not have stayed if wifi was not available.

Negative: The room directly next to the cleaners !! On arrival all we could hear were the clothes driers, then woken by banging.. clanging and LOUD voices of the cleaners talking to each other and yelling from the cleaners door to a room several doors down at 7:30am !! No respect at all considering check out is 10am.

Positive: Stayed for two nights because I had something on in Berri for the weekend. On the second night, I had drama with my card and was locked out of my room pretty late and the staff, even though everything was closed, were able to send someone out to let me in.
