Negative: Room was very musty smelling. Doorknob was loose on door. Only had half roll of toilet paper in bathroom and no extra. Had to buy toilet paper as the office was closed.

Positive: The location is perfect, although I do not recommend bringing small children, as the environment is not safe for them and then you cannot feel relaxed.

Negative: the room was not clean

Summary: For the price, it's not bad at all, but they should take care of the cleanliness of the rooms

Positive: The quit private location, I could sit out on the porch and have my coffee listening to all the birds and frogs, hear the squirrels jumping from limb to limb and hear the fish jumping in the river. So peaceful!

Negative: The absolute only complaint I can think of is the hot water I felt could be hotter and definitely could have lasted a little longer..

Positive: Great place for a quite, relaxing gateway. Cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. Tubing and canoeing was awesome.

Positive: The cabin was amazing. It was within a 20-ish minute drive to several little towns worthy of exploration. Lots of parks were nearby. The cabin comes with a canoe rental opportunity, which was a great morning activity. Tons of birds!! It was an amazing weekend.

Negative: The ONLY complaints were - water pressure in the shower was a little light. It would have been nice if there were fewer area lights. The light pollution made stargazing a little tough. Neither of these things would stop us from going back or from recommending the cabin to friends.

Summary: A great find for an affordable and relaxing getaway.
