Positive: If your looking for quiet, rustic cabin camping this is it. So cute, so clean and the BBQ and fire pits make for cozy nights!!! Basic amenities, if luxury is your jam, find a hotel! Peaceful, quiet and a slow pace! The host was such a sweet lady! She even let us move our date of stay without penalty! And the fried gator was freaking awesome!!!

Negative: Alligators and the police are crawling everywhere. We were stopped for having air freshener hanging from rear view mirror!

Positive: Very cozy and comfortable had a great time the AC is very loud but you get used to it.

Negative: A/C so loud hard to sleep the first night but I got use to it.

Negative: Room was very musty smelling. Doorknob was loose on door. Only had half roll of toilet paper in bathroom and no extra. Had to buy toilet paper as the office was closed.

Positive: The location is perfect, although I do not recommend bringing small children, as the environment is not safe for them and then you cannot feel relaxed.

Negative: the room was not clean

Positive: The quit private location, I could sit out on the porch and have my coffee listening to all the birds and frogs, hear the squirrels jumping from limb to limb and hear the fish jumping in the river. So peaceful!

Negative: The absolute only complaint I can think of is the hot water I felt could be hotter and definitely could have lasted a little longer..
