Positive: We were delayed a day because of a missed flight and Dusty accommodated us by shifting our whole three day stay forward by a day with no penalty. She even upgraded our room because of an overlap with another scheduled arrival. The property was exactly as expected and perfectly suited our needs. We are a couple in our senior years. Even though it was up a flight of stairs the steps were shallow and easily navigated. We found everything to be spacious and beautifully appointed.

Positive: Big Creek Inn was a fantastic experience, a quiet, historic, authentic place. The rooms are excellent with beautiful decor. A very charming environment, everything is perfect in this place. After a long day in Yosemite, you have a relaxing place with a small river and a terrace in a very beautiful atmosphere. A communion with nature. Very close to the entrance to Yosemite Park. The breakfast was very good too. A place to highly recommend.

Positive: We had such an amazing experience staying here. Dusty was so kind and accommodating, the property was beautifully set up, the rooms were big, comfortable and each had their own balcony. The breakfast was good and she set it up early with snacks so we were able to take it to the park with us. Being only 5 minutes away from the parks entrance was so handy. The property was so peaceful that we wish we had an extra day to sit by the creek and watch the hummingbirds.

Positive: The innkeeper, Dustie, is a sweetheart and has an obvious passion and dedication for making sure each of her guests has a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The view from our balcony and the lower deck is spectacular, and the creek provides a great soundtrack. We sat out on our balcony to feed the Stellar’s Jays peanuts and slept with the door cracked which was heavenly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and served bright and early. We were there for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer!!

Positive: Dustie was an exceptional host. She was friendly and very accommodating. The building was very well maintained and clean. Every room had a private balcony, and the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with shiny new fixtures. The breakfast had a variety of pastries and fruit. Dustie even laid it out early on our last day so we could head to the airport. Lastly, this B&B was only 2 miles from the entrance to the park which made it especially convenient for us since we went to the park every day we were there.

Negative: Nothing. All was great!

Summary: This B&B was at the top of our list, and we would stay there again if/when we go back to Yosemite.

Positive: Dusty, the housekeeper, was simply wonderful. She was responsive, approachable, and incredibly helpful — whether it was guiding us to the nearest laundromat, answering our questions, or even helping with food preferences. She went above and beyond. Just amazin

Negative: While the room isn’t small, it does feel a bit cramped. Fortunately, the balcony is spacious and a great place to relax.
