This is a great home in a touristy area that is connected by great walking trails, bike trails and very near Old Town.
The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for four and a breakfast bar that seats three. There is one private bedroom with a king bed. The bedroom opens to a small patio area. Additionally there is plenty of closet space, one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The living room features a 60 inch smart television and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Guests are able to access the whole private space during their stay.
The neighborhood is a wonderful connection to bike and walking trails along the Bosque, a half mile to Old Town, and close to the freeway.
We are pet friendly and charge $50 per pet per stay, that will need to be coordinated in advance. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Summary: Communication was excellent. Had to make a change on a holiday and it was handled quickly. This is a nice place in a quiet area. Ended up in another place due to mechanical problems but it was taken care of quickly. Great to deal with and would stay again with this host.

Summary: I was in town for a conference in the Old Town area. The location was super convenient, the unit was nice, well taken care of, and quiet. The hosts were also very responsive to questions. I would stay here again.

Summary: Easy booking and ceckin. Host was responsive, easy and nice to work with. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. The little patio off the back of the unit as was a nice surprise as was the dog park "Old Town Park" west of the property by the bicycle byway. Neighborhood was safe and enjoyed daily walks with dogs..and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again .

Summary: This one-bedroom is just about a half mile walk to Old Town, in a safe, quiet neighborhood across from a local elementary school. It was lovely being able to walk easily to several spots around Albuquerque. The apartment is basic, clean, and comfortable, and the off-street parking made for easy access. The hosts left snacks, which was a bonus, and we had everything we needed for a great stay!
