Summary: Schöne FeWo am Anfang des Ötztals. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war die Wohnung sehr sauber und großzügig. Leider gibt es Abend im Ort nur noch eine Pizzeria, jedoch ist Ötz mit zahlreichen Restaurants in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch sind zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten wie der Wasser- und Outdoor Sports Park Arena 47 und Pitburger See sehr nahe.

Summary: Lage super für Unternehmungen zur area 47, ansonsten etwas abseits, leider keine Spülmaschine, Bad etwas klein und man musste sich den Platz in der Badewanne/Dusche mit dem Boiler teilen. Gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Summary: We hebben ons vanaf het eerste moment thuis gevoeld in dit nette appartement. Het was netjes, schoon!!!!! en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor twee personen meer dan genoeg ruimte, veel opbergruimte. (Voor vier personen kan het net) De ligging is fantastisch tussen de bergen, mooi uitzicht naar alle kanten. ruim balkon. Goed bed en meubilair. De badkamer ietsje krap, maar ja.... je bent op vakantie. Alles aanwezig en proper!

Summary: if you take as a whole everything was fine. Nice apartments equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. In our stay with you, there was a small minus, which did not bring us much discomfort. But ... It would be nice if we were explained where it is necessary to take out the garbage from the apartment, when it accumulates a lot. In the remaining moments everything is perfect.
