Positive: Clean. Very friendly host. Spacious room.

Negative: Room access straight into breakfast room. Was not really an issue for us given our short 1 night stay and being early risers. But for longer stay might be less appealing. To be fair, I booked wheel chair accessible room without realising it, which is on me for not reading the description properly; in case of limited mobility, easy access to breakfast room might actually be considered a plus. Easy access to free tea and coffee too.

Positive: A perfect stop off for our family of 4 before catching the morning ferry back to the UK from Dunkirk. The room was extremely clean and modern, the host very nice, and the freshly prepared breakfast was lovely. Situated just outside Veurne, it is very quiet, but within easy reach of the numerous restaurants in the town centre for an evening meal.

Negative: A very minor thing on a pleasant stay is that I would have liked a pot of coffee with the breakfast rather than by the cup.

Positive: So immaculate. I assumed it was their first year of opening, but it's been open for 3 years. Looked brand new. Farm tour was lovely, breakfast with all the fresh and local produce was lovely.

Negative: Nothing.
