Positive: Loved that its on the beach and a little away from the town. Also the pool and BBQ area is really nice! The house is really spacious and extremely comfortable and my kids loved the games room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying there!!
Negative: Not much. Have spoken to the owner suggesting some minor improvements. I really don't want to say anything negative about the place because it was a fantastic stay!!

Positive: Great place to stay and relax. Big villa with space, privacy and a good sized pool for a villa. Is right by the sea, although the beach is a bit dirty and the sea is a bit rough to swim -arabian sea/Indian Ocean-. The hosts were great and flexible.
Negative: Location is a bit out there, in a very raw fisherman town of Oman (although with a lot of character and a great Yemeni restaurant).

Positive: Very clean, all systems worked, and the layout was comfortable. We enjoyed the PRIVACY with the enclosed pool deck and parking space. We enjoyed the balcony with the views of the beach and the ocean. The caretaker met us and showed us the layout and checked to be sure we were settled in well.

Positive: Swimming pool functioned well, good view of beach, decent furniture and kitchen, shower had hot water.
Negative: Had to convince caretaker, who didn't speak English, to show how house operated. TV in living room is misplaced. Have to go outside to use theater room, which we didn't know existed until we were leaving. Light switches in bedroom were confusing. Kitchen had limited cooking utensils.
Summary: Good value for large party or family and next to beach but layout and kitchen were subpar.

Positive: Loved the place. Big rooms with big comfortable beds. Great for kids, pool was awesome and beach was stunning. Very clean and modern.
Negative: Rubbish on the beach and not enough cutlery and bowls and plates.
