Summary: I enjoyed my stay however there are many things that could improve. Breakfast should be available until 11am at least. Tea coffee could be available 24 hours complimentary. At 10am exact the machines are covered up and it is like a mortuary. It looks awful. I feel like a child who is not responsible to have the Machine to use and seems hostile. The little sparrows flying all about the food is not healthy. I love them but a staff member should be there at all times to shoo them away. You could install bird barriers in the roof area so they couldn't roost. ( small Metal spikes can stop them from landing) I know you cant stop them from coming in as it is all open and that is part of the uniqueness of Kata Beyond. There should be a dedicated Pool boy to assist guests with opening or closing Umbrellas. Nobody helps. This person could also assist with drinks from the Bar. The biggest 2 problems I felt is there is no toilet in the Pool area. It is a long walk through the dining area and the downstairs toilet 2 or 4 Wc's could be located right near the pool area and would be so convenient as most guests are mature and it is very inconvenient. The little water scoops near the beach stairs to wash off beach sand are cute but antiquated. 2 showers could be easily placed in this area. It is already there in the area. It just needs proper showers not taps and a water scoop. I loved the convenience of the ocean being so close and watching the waves rolling and the people passing by. It

Summary: Great location right on beach Rooms but tired and we had issues in our room that they couldn’t fix so got sent to a lesser value room late at night No discount for the inconvenience Staff quite rude and not interested in serving particularly at the swim up bar etc Other than location wouldn’t stay again

Summary: First off this may just be a miscommunication but the hotel was supposed to charge half a few months prior to check in when I booked. I booked multiple rooms from Expedia for this trip and assumed the charge was put through. The hotel apparently didn’t charge which caused miscommunication during check in. I just paid and decided I’ll dispute it later if necessary. Then the room… definitely need to train housekeeping on cleaning. Has a damp smell throughout the room. And the mosquitos! We literally had them buzzing in our ears while we slept. The beach access and views made my stay worth it. Very nice facility. Just needs some upgrades or deep cleaning in the rooms for what they charge. Breakfast had lots of options. Also some of the staff could have been friendlier. If you’re looking for luxury this ain’t it but it has potential or may have been 20 years ago

Summary: The beachfront location with a nice pool is unmatched in Kata Beach for the price. The facility is very nice and the complimentary breakfast buffet has a lot of great options. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are spacious, the rooms could just be updated a bit, very late 2000s vibes.

Summary: The property is set in beautiful gardens right on the beach. It has very impressive common areas including a very good gymnasium. It's an impressive properly but our room was really old and tired and had a musky damp smell. The rooms are definitely due for a major refurb. Apart from that The breakfast buffet was a little limited and bacon was always empty. Lastly, I don't like the fact that guests put towels on poolside chairs from early in the morning. Their policy on not reserving seats needs to be enforced so everyone can have an opportunity to sit by the pool.
