Summary: I traveled with my husband for our honeymoon, and I asked if they could prepare something special. They made a cute decoration on the bed with rose petals! All the employees were friendly and helpful, every single one of them. They were always around when I needed extra towels or more bottles water. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, although a bit crowded after 9am. But if you arrive before that, then it's completely peaceful. The swimming pool was nice, with a shallow part for kids. From the resort, it's easy to walk around Kata and access a variety of restaurants and spas. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: The big plus of this hotel is it's location directly onto the beach which is beautifully sandy with warm clear waters and shallow shelf. The room was very comfortable and the decor made it feel very relaxed. The hotel is set back from the busy road so there is no noise! Location is excellent with plants of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Sea views from the rooms are excellent (we were on the 4th floor). The dining room offers a wide choice of options for breakfast.

Summary: We only had a short stay here for 2 nights but we were seriously impressed. The beach front location is amazing. A sea view room with the best views of the sunset. The rooms are clean, staff friendly. Breakfast had so much choice (I’m a picky eater). The pool area has plenty of sunbeds. Outside the hotel grounds are so may restaurant options, shops to stock up on snacks and drinks. I would definitely return.

Summary: Aging tired resort. Excellent clean pool, beach is excellent despite having to pay for lounges, food is good. In room tv is modern. Many things in the room need to be replaced. Shower pressure is not consistent and is a problem. The reason we wouldn’t return however is because of a ridiculous pool/beach towel policy. No towel stand on the property. Want a towel replaced? Go back to your room and call housekeeping. Want a second towel? Forget it.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay however there are many things that could improve. Breakfast should be available until 11am at least. Tea coffee could be available 24 hours complimentary. At 10am exact the machines are covered up and it is like a mortuary. It looks awful. I feel like a child who is not responsible to have the Machine to use and seems hostile. The little sparrows flying all about the food is not healthy. I love them but a staff member should be there at all times to shoo them away. You could install bird barriers in the roof area so they couldn't roost. ( small Metal spikes can stop them from landing) I know you cant stop them from coming in as it is all open and that is part of the uniqueness of Kata Beyond. There should be a dedicated Pool boy to assist guests with opening or closing Umbrellas. Nobody helps. This person could also assist with drinks from the Bar. The biggest 2 problems I felt is there is no toilet in the Pool area. It is a long walk through the dining area and the downstairs toilet 2 or 4 Wc's could be located right near the pool area and would be so convenient as most guests are mature and it is very inconvenient. The little water scoops near the beach stairs to wash off beach sand are cute but antiquated. 2 showers could be easily placed in this area. It is already there in the area. It just needs proper showers not taps and a water scoop. I loved the convenience of the ocean being so close and watching the waves rolling and the people passing by. It
