Positive: fantastic location off the beaten track. spacious cottage with absolutely stunning views. public footpaths all around so a perfect base for hiking. secluded and peaceful. fantastic DVD collection (which is needed as Internet is very sketchy). fridge was stocked with milk and Welsh cakes. plenty of space for parking. furnished really thoughtfully for the views. I would rebook for the solo adventure vibes! loved the place, wish I owned it!

Negative: the cottage needs a few little upgrades to make it exceptional, which it really has the potential to be. the WiFi is rubbish (although perhaps this cannot be helped, just don't rely on it if you need to work as cellular is also very minimal). the finish of the property needs a bit of TLC. it also needs a more thorough clean between visitors (a lot of dust, dirt in cutlery drawer, etc.). new towels and tea towels are a must. I didn't enjoy the boiler coming on at 2am one time, sounded like a rocket taking off in the dead of night! also, it's clearly been leaking directly above the main bedroom as the ceiling is all stained with damp which was a bit unsettling. other than a few little licks of paint, a new bathroom radiator and some new towels, this place could really be 10/10. also please be advised that the water is from a bore hole so there are signs all over the house not to use water excessively.

Positive: What a beautiful beautiful property, in such a special location! The views were absolutely fantastic, and there’s something so special about being surrounded by the sheep. Although it is remote, the town is only a short drive away, there is signal, and most importantly.. it’s just pure peace! The house was spotless, and we were even left some milk and Welsh cakes, which was a lovely touch! Will definitely be booking again, thank you for a wonderful stay 🖤

Positive: The property was excellent, the views were to die for.You can't help but keep looking through the living room window the view is amazing.The property it's self is fantastic, owners even left a lovely touch getting us milk in and some Welsh cakes.Would definitely recommend. 🙂
