Positive: The layout of the place, for a studio it was very roomy. The owners thought of everything - there were even games for people to pass time in the room. Owners are very reponsive and the place was very clean.

Positive: 1. Grace mall is just like a few steps away. 2. Quiet place and the view outside is very nice. 3. The owner is very accommodating, she answered all of my questions promptly. 4. There's WiFi connection and Netflix. 5. Room was clean and organized when we arrived.

Negative: 1. The ladder of the double deck bed is detachable, my sister decided not to sleep there anymore because she finds it scary to climb up. 2. Shower water is coming out too hard, it's like the water pressure is too strong and we can't control it.
