Positive: Location was good. Very friendly check in person. Lobby was appealing and appeared clean. Even though we did not eat breakfast at the hotel, I do like that they offered it. The room appeared clean and (hopefully) fully disinfected/sanitized. Good WiFi. Plenty of channel choices on TV.

Negative: The pillows were horrible. We had a king size bed and the 4 pillows that were on it, when placed side by side, did not even cover the width of the mattress. They were very small and very well used and offered no support. The towels/washcloths were pretty thin. This room was not cheap. Customers should not have to bring their own pillows and towels. The mattress was too soft for us. We stayed 2 nights and our backs were hurting quite a bit by morning. The price of the room was a bit much, but it was all we could find in Winchester those 2 nights. This room was not worth The $319 we paid for the 2 nights.

Summary: Disappointing stay experience on this trip.

Positive: Easy to find off the Interstate- Lobby area was immaculate- breakfast was exceptional- room had a dingy smoke smell - bathtub had black hair in it- shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were empty- wifi was not very good as it kept kicking me off my devices.

Negative: Bathroom cleaning needs to be better - wifi strength needs improvement

Summary: It was a quick over night stay that was pleasant.

Positive: Passable breakfast. Sheets were clean. Sufficient bath towels.

Negative: Mattress too soft, uncomfortable. A very noisy fan was operating somewhere in the building that droned all night and disturbed my sleep. The exhaust fan in the bathroom rattled and was very noisy when operated. Room was run down and in need of a refresh, but reasonably clean. Walkways outside need to be hosed down and the mud washed away. Soap and shampoo dispensers are hard to operate.

Summary: Ok, but did not sleep well, and sleep is the reason hotels exist.
