Summary: Checking in was rather disappointing. I understand that its hockey season, however last year your staff handled it way better. The room was particularly horrible for us this year. We were on call for a family medical issue only to find out that we had no phone reception in our room! That was terrifying. That, in addition to a weird smell in the room and also no hot water just added to it. I wouldn't have minded it in a $100 room, but for the price that we paid we could have stayed other places.

Summary: Ordered eggs over easy and bacon for breakfast. The eggs were fried and the bacon was inedible. Worst breakfast I have had in a long time. Requested a whiskey menu at the lounge and was told they do not have one. Suggested I just pick something off the self. I ordered a 'double' and received a bill for $140 for the one drink! I should have been informed of the cost since there was no whiskey menu.
