Summary: This hotel is clearly going down hill. The pools are not open and does not look like they will ever be. The hotel is run down especially the outside and courtyard area. It is also a motel which feels unsafe in a not great neighborhood.

Summary: The place was an absolute dump! WiFi didn’t work, pools were down, grounds gross. The room was clean is best we could say. We had to pick here for the town and to get the size room we needed but awful!

Summary: The pool and spa were being rehabilitated and not available. If we knew we would’ve booked elsewhere. Signs of wear/tear - cracked sink, scratched floors, squeaky shower, brown lawn, featured fountain not working. Service was helpful and breakfast was good.

Summary: Minuses: Member of housekeeping staff unexpectedly opened door unannounced and without knocking, and leftover food container was found in mini fridge. Pluses: Front desk manager was extremely understanding and apologetic, and was helpful in finding us another hotel to go to.

Summary: This hotel was nice. The room was the perfect size for my family. Breakfast was good. We stayed for 3 nights and I could tell the staff cleaned my room daily and provided fresh towels.

Summary: Advertised swimming pools. The outside pool was empty and a disaster. Didn't look like anybody was working on it. Inside pool had water in it but was closed. It probably stays that way. The floors in the room were filthy. I go barefoot in my feet turn black.
