Negative: Had to switch rooms due to water leak on floor. Saw water damage on ceiling. Second too Was not cooling great

Positive: Good location and very clean

Negative: Two towels in the room were very very thin and were so frayed threads hung off one end. Water didn’t drain when I took a shower. My husband jiggled the stopper and that did help. Only a half roll of toilet paper was in the room. We were there four nights so I asked for clean towels that weren’t frayed, shampoo and toilet paper. We eventually got everything. The hair dryer that was attached to the wall and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. We had to ask for a replacement the third day. The hotel was full of kids and their parents for the same baseball tournament our grandson was playing in. For so many kids we didn’t notice any noise at all. Very impressive.
