Summary: Overall it is an OK place to stay. The hotel looks to have been remodeled recently. Everything worked and the amenities were good. Small little snack bar area by the front desk had a decent selection and fair pricing. The room was clean but not perfect. Some door handles were loose, ac unit had metal loose underneath, toilet was slow to flush. All the the staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast options were typical hotel fare.

Summary: Convenient location, good value for money. Staff is helpful, property is well maintained. The onsite restaurant also has a good selection and nice staff.

Summary: It was a good stay. I truly enjoyed it. Breakfast was included. The only thing I did not like was that you could not take the breakfast out of the serving area. You had to eat it there like a toddler. I was shocked about that. I wanted to go downstairs, grab food and take it back to my room but it was not allowed

Summary: We had a problem with the toilet in the bathroom. We called Sat morning at 830 to let the front desk know. The toilet would take at least 30 mins to fill back up once you flushed it. They stated somone would be up in 20 mins; an hour later still hadn't seen anyone. We called again and they claimed they had told maintenance about the issue. By this time it's 930, breakfast ends at 1000, and we hadn't been able to start our day waiting on maintenance, so we left and went and ate. We came back and they had obvioulsy been there to look at it becuase there was a wrench on the sink counter. We left, enjoyed our day and came back that evening Guess what; still not fixed. Doing the same thing. So we gave up on that. Also for it to be a non-smoking hotel, the wrench of burnt marijuana would about knock you out everytime we left our rooms and went into the hallway. It got so bad that it started permeating our room, and we had to spray air freshener to try and mask the smell.

Summary: The room had a distinct stale smell that didn’t go away even with a room spray. It made the room feel unclean. Hotel needs to provide a map for access to room, gym and pool areas. Really appreciated the text message from Denise after check in.

Summary: Faith was amazing during my stay. Breakfast was tasty, the pool was nice and the room was clean although the tub area could use some updating. There was a strong smell in the room but went away after opening the window. Close to downtown Richmond.

Summary: Great restaurant/bar attached to hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Very good value for money, and good location if traveling on I-95.

Summary: Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic! The negatives included finding a cockroach in the bathroom of the first room we were assigned to. There was a musty mildew smell that couldn’t be overlooked. The tub also needed to be repainted to remove brown spots. We asked to be moved to another room and were accommodated but there was still a mildew smell. No complimentary water in the room . Let’s try a little harder Best Western Premiere. I’ve lodged at your brand before and this one was a disappointment.
