Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, public transit ticket included with stay

Negative: Location wasn't great - it's currently in the middle of a sea of roadworks, so the area isn't very nice at the moment, but that should be temporary. Balcony wasn't very private.

Negative: accessible ramp was at front of main entrance but our room was all the way other side of building and was no accessible ramp , I’m disabled so I feel down but stuff was very nice and helpful and it was construction all around hotel.

Positive: Hotel was in a good location to drive to Old Quebec. Amazing rain shower in the bathroom. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Negative: Long, dark hallways to get to your room (which can be an issue if you have mobility issues). Room and bathroom were small, leaving little space for storage of luggage and other items. Lots of construction in the area making traffic impossible. Didn't try the restaurant because they didn't mention gluten free options available, so can't comment on the on site restaurant.

Positive: Room was ok. However the walk from the parking lot was too long because of all the construction work around the building. Also,the construction work continued all night and it was noisy. The dust from the ongoing construction work made sitting on the balcony impossible.

Negative: Easier access to the hotel and a warning about the ongoing work around the hotel.

Summary: Not returning until all work is done.
