Summary: Room was fine. Air conditioning was stuck on “heat”, which apparently you can’t change from the room, so we rang reception who changed it remotely. Air con was clicking when on, and displayed a warning message to change the filter. I fed this back to the man on reception in the morning, with a caveat that it wasn’t a complaint but maybe they want to look at it before the next people stay in the room. He barely looked at me when I fed it back, too interested in trying to start a conversation with a colleague, and just said “yeah we’ll look at that” - didn’t even ask the room number. Customer service on the desk when we arrived was friendly, when we left was dismissive. When we checked out, we gave the room number and he just replied “ok that’s done”. No pleasantries or warmth at all

Summary: We were greeted by a friendly smiling gentleman, he was quick and efficient, getting us checked in quickly. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: I had the best time here! I wasn't expecting this level of service from this brand but I must say, they knocked it out the park and my expectations were exceeded. The staff were super attentive, friendly and solution based. Comfy beds and couldnt fault the cleanliness. Breakfast buffet is spectacular. I really couldnt fault this place and will deff be back. Business travel or a weekend away as a couple this place has it all with the spa facilities downstairs.

Summary: The room was fine lovely view But it was the room service. I've never ordered it before but after a long drive we decided we would. Noone answered only to be told we would have to come down and order & get it ourselves and it would be a 2 hour wait. This was the bar staff not the reception staff who did try to help me. But that did frustrate us as this was 8pm

Summary: Very happy with our stay, we traveled on the ferry late and arrived in Dover just before midnight, the hotel was very easy to find and only a very short drive for the ferry port, hotel was undergoing renovations and this was clearly sign posted in spite of this it was lovely inside and the to staff member on reception were extremely helpful and very accommodating, really great service. The room was fantastic!! 5 beds (which is so hard to get in lower budget hotels and we always struggle) very spacious room with comfort beds and great hot drink selection and even a fridge!. Bathroom was amazing very modern and clean with some great features and plenty of toiletries. Overall we are extremely happy with our stay highly recommended and will definitely be booking here again

Summary: Lovely room with a balcony and view onto the harbour, and the staff were very friendly. Lots of renovation work going on when we visited, which inevitably detracted a little from the experience. The breakfast buffet was fine without being exceptional. We enjoyed the stay, however, and would certainly go back.
