Summary: This hotel has seen better days. It’s worn and needs some TLC. The pool was “closed for the season” during the hottest days of July. Breakfast is bare minimum, seating is very limited. If Post had better options, I’d take it. But…

Summary: Overall, our stay was fine. We were put off at check in by the hotel policy to charge fees for early check in. We showed up at about 2 pm and thought we’d see if our rooms might be ready. There was only one car in the lot and the hotel seemed not busy. The clerk told us that our rooms were ready but the hotel policy was to charge $40 for early check in. In fact, they display prominently a sign that early check in would be charged $40 from 10am- 3pm, $75 from 6am to 10am, and the full day charge to check in prior to 6 am. Also, it was slow and involved for us to check into two rooms. I had booked two rooms under the same name. It seemed impossible to charge two rooms to the same card, so we had to go through this entire (and slow) process twice to get us into our rooms and two credit card charges. We also asked for rooms next to each other. We got rooms 204 and 205, which sound like they might be next to each other, but they were on opposite sides of the hall and about three doors away from each other. The rest of our stay was fine, our rooms were as expected, clean with decent beds and amenities. Breakfast was reasonable.
