Summary: Pool was closed and probably has been for a while. I wish this would list on websites because it is one of the reason we pick a hotel. Bathroom was old. I was really off put by the crooked picture behind the lobby desk when I walked in. Just felt like no one cared. I appreciated it was quiet. beds were clean. Just rather a cold experience overall. Inexpensive for a one night stop.

Summary: Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay at Best Western Point South. The AC unit and dehumidifier in the room were extremely loud and ran all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The room also had bright outdoor lighting that the curtains couldn’t block out, which added to the discomfort. The pillows were small, hard, and very uncomfortable. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes around the property, which was unpleasant and gave a rundown impression, even though the room itself was reasonably clean. The front desk staff didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly, which added to the overall negative impression. We were hoping for a restful night, but this stay was far from that. Would not recommend.

Summary: Nice easy spot to stop along I95. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool bit looked nice and convenient. Room was adequate for a rest, but a bit noisy with the air conditioner and in room dehumidifier going. Lots of staff busy in the morning working on maintenance and cleaning. Overall a good place to stop and rest for the weary traveler.

Summary: We love staying at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the area is safe. Breakfast is delicious. The amenities are nice. It's a nice pet friendly hotel with very clean rooms. The staff was wonderful!

Summary: 2nd time here....wonderful staff, easy check in, no problem about our dog. Definitely will stay again. The receptionist on duty at 530 pm was pleasant, knowledgeable and helped us get a wonderful room. Great place...easy on and easy off I95.
