Summary: Our room was right above a wedding so we had to put up with loud blaring music for most of the night. But the worst thing was that the carpeting was all wet! It was awful! We tried to change rooms but there was nothing else available. Also there was noise outside our room as late as 3 and 4 in the morning. The hallway was dirty with food on the carpet outside some rooms. Overall it was NOT a pleasant stay. We complained and got a 75% discount which was very much appreciated. Also we appreciated how there was a lot of security in the parking lot.

Summary: Pool was broken, the carpet in our room was damp and the whole room smelled like old sweat, there was security everywhere because people were drunk and arguing all over the hotel, the floors in the lobby and elevators looked like they hadn’t been washed in over a week.

Summary: It was okay except a customer children pulled the fire alarm at 4:45 am and we had evacuate the hotel , also lot of security personal there was kind of uncomfortable but overall it was ok

Summary: It is a very nice hotel and I will be visiting again in the near future. The food wasn’t that great and it was expensive. The room was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed it

Summary: Reception/desk clerk very pleasant, helpful, and clear answers to our questions. Our special requests were already done when we checked in. Shuttle service to hotel great after our rental car drop off. Room comfortable & clean. Very satisfied.

Summary: Hotel was full. Many evacuees from northern fires so lots of children and teens. Difficult for them so lots of activities in halls front entrance washrooms and elevators. This is not the normal atmosphere of this hotel.
