Positive: It was really good, kids enjoyed it, and it had everything for all of us. I would like more vegetables but thats a personal preference

Positive: We enjoyed the pet friendly room. They have really good breakfast at this location. The lounge and dining area are really nice and the back patio area is lovely. This location is backed onto a park which is a real plus. The cleaning crew was accomodating and had no problem housekeeping for us each day, which is really nice when you have a pet.

Negative: There doesnt seem to be any sound barriers between the rooms. You can here everything in the hall and especially the room above you. We were woken quite frequently by thuds from above. Were a little dissapointed that the laundry facilities were on the 2nd floor, also the ice machine... The shower head in our room was spitting to the sides and so it was messy and uncomfortable, but not a big deal.

Positive: We stayed at this Best Western as we were passing to go through the border. The hotel is newer and very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Negative: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Positive: Located right off the highway. Next to an entertainment centre that looks great for families. Breakfast is really good. Hotel appears clean.

Negative: On the main floor, could hear the upstairs room walking around all evening as there is no carpet in rooms. Would want top floor in future. Pool empty of people, waterslide not working, too cold to swim was disappointed with that as a pool is a reason we choose a hotel
