Summary: Room was good but the next morning when we were getting ready to leave, we realized no shower curtain for shower. Had to lay a bunch of towels on the floor for water spraying

Summary: Family vacation from Texas on our way to Redstone, Colorado. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff were extremely friendly. Will stay again when going through Raton.

Summary: One of the desk clerks was worthless, but the other was able to cancel a double booking which was not my doing. The HC rooms were far from the front desk. At this point in time, all rooms should be universal design (meaning grab bars at the toilet and in the shower/bath at the very least) - this needs to be addressed by all hotels! The desk clerks failed to inform us there was two entrances to our room which meant we could park close to our room. The staff at this hotel needs orientation training!

Summary: This is the premiere hotel for a stay in Raton. We stay here for five days each year, and always come back for the friendly staff, good service, and good value. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant serves a great breakfast each morning and has a good menu for lunch and dinner too. The beds are comfortable and there's lots of parking (all uncovered). The wall mount A/C unit can be a little noisy, but does a good job of keeping the temp. Even though the hotel is close to the freeway, it's a quiet property--you won't be bothered by any traffic noise.We appreciated the laundry and the gym. The indoor pool is usually quite busy with kids and families, but quiets down by 10 PM and wasn't a bother to us--if you're an early to bed person, make sure to get a room at the other end of the hotel so the voices won't keep you up.

Summary: From the outside it looks like your typical hotel, but the inside of the rooms and the indoor patio and pool area is a relaxing and spacious place to unwind. The rooms are a little smaller than other places, however they are clean and well maintained. The front desk personnel are kind, respectful and knowledgeable. There is a restaurant in the hotel for your convenience. I was very pleased with my stay here and will come here when in town and needing a good night's rest. Oh, there is also a small gift shop that is open 24/7, they sell shirts,sweatshirts, really nice jewelry and trinkets and some cute stuffed animals if your kiddo is needing a snuggle buddy.

Summary: Everything about this hotel is amazing, from the gift shop, ease of getting in & out of my room, the front desk staff, as well as the restaurant! I can’t say enough good things!!

Summary: We always stay here when we’re driving between Colorado and Texas. Is the perfect place to stop for the night. They are dog friendly. Have a very nice restaurant located inside the motel. We’re grateful Raton has such a great motel.
