Summary: I had requested a handicapped room when I made the reservation but they (the hotel) didn’t receive the request. When I ask for the handicapped room I was told that it wasn’t possible to change rooms. I asked that contact be made with the manager for a resolution which was accomplished and the change was made. This to me was such an unacceptable treatment for any guest and we will NOT make reservations at this hotel unless there is drastic changes made.
