Positive: There is nothing not to like about this property the rooms are exceptional, the staff are outstanding the facilities are pristine my partner and I had the best time ever.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike about the property if I had to say something it would be the thunderstorms but that was beyond their control and I’m pretty confident if they could control the weather they would have , that is how helpful they are and nothing is too much trouble

Positive: The lady at the front desk was very polite, professional and went beyond to help me to make sure my stay was a good one. Will stay there again when I visit my family.
Negative: Only thing was when non guest came in to use the pool the first night, we were there. Saw them drive up and was let into the pool because they did not have a room key by a Hispanic woman that let them in who I saw working there the next day there at the hotel. They were loud drinking using glass bottles when that was not allowed. We ended up leaving.
