Summary: Very clean and well maintained hotel. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast was good. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Will definitely be back.

Summary: Overall, my experience was very good. However, there was a woman working in the breakfast area (I couldn’t make out her name from her tag) who was not friendly at all. She wasn’t willing to answer a very simple question, like where I could get a glass of water. Aside from her attitude, I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: The hotel is in good condition, clean, comfortable, good location close to several amenities. What really stood out though is the service. It’s the first time we felt like we’ve had such “personal” service in a hotel in Canada. We were receiving texts asking about our stay and felt like any issue could have been resolved (although we didn’t have any). Certainly recommend!

Summary: This was an uncomfortable stay. The front desk person was rude and took my cc and charged me even though I’ve already paid with it through the app. The area felt very unsafe and signs around the area that said there were issues with theft. I did not feel safe and the room felt gross with a sagging mattress.

Summary: The hotel and property was great, excellent condition, clean. Staff was very informative and effecient. The pool area was clean. Only some extra noise with kids running up and down the hall and jumping on the floor overhead.

Summary: Horrible smell in rooms. I guess that's the reason they kept the exhaust fan in the washrooms on as you walk-in after checking in. In the morning I heard the family next to our table talking about the same issue and so did 2 of my co workers that stayed with me in their own rooms.

Summary: Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome with just the right amount of options for our family. The room was clean but the bathroom was small. It also has a bit of a musty smell to it and the temperature in the room felt odd because it got warm at different times of the night. The pool/hot tub was just right and we appreciate the regular cleaning. We also appreciate how well lighted the parking was. Our family definitely enjoyed our staycation.
