Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a desk in the room, so I could get some work done. The free, underground parking was extremely practical, directly accessible by lift from my floor.

Negative: The trip was planned together with my spouse. At the last moment, she wasn't able to join. I mentioned this at the reception upon arrival and thought that the price would be adjusted to single occupancy. I was disappointed when the reception informed me the next morning that I had to pay the full price for two persons.

Summary: Very nicely located in the heart of Soissons, with nice, practical facilities and great comfort.

Positive: This is a very pleasant hotel with very helpful and engaging staff. Very well appointed rooms and a lovely restaurant! Bit far from the centre of Soissons and not close to restaurants etc, but I had a great stay.
