Summary: It was ok. Check in was very easy. Got into the room and it was hot. Turned the air conditioner down but it woukd not cooler the room. It was more comfortable out in the hallway. Contacted feont desk and was able to get us another room. Had to move from a suite to a much smaller room but the room was cold which was nice as it was 100 outside. We had another family in our party that had to change rooms for the same reason. Overall not bad but expected better for the price.

Summary: We had multiple rooms booked, one of them had hair in the drain and on the soap dish. It also looked like the tub had drip lines from cleaner maybe. AC was not working effectively. We couldn’t get our room below 74.

Summary: It was a decent hotel bed was comfortable weird tiny pillows but they were still okay water pressure in the shower sucked the breakfast was not very great still decent hotel I would go back

Summary: Had a rough start with the front end employee checking us in. Wanted me to answer a bunch of questions and was rude about it. He thought I was local and told me the pool was only for hotel guess so don’t invite my family or friends. Luckily the rest of the staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice.

Summary: the tv channels were difficult to do and the buffet foods were not hot rather cold (eggs etc) so did not eat them. also the set up was not the best and no hot oatmeal. noticed people were not eating much at all and fruit empty sometimes. and in my case....i had to leave a day early of my 4 day stay and was told they could not refund any of my pre-paid monies. i have been a Diamond customer but this will be the last time i stay at a Best Western or use Expedia ever again. i hope they enjoy the money they refused to refund back to me regardless of being non-refundable. there should be exceptions in some cases i would think. unsatisfied customer.

Summary: We were unable to sleep, because the above room made noise til 3am. We were travelling through Grand Island and had to stay until 11:30 am so that we could sleep. Not good and not nice at all!
