Positive: Proximity to old Ottawa was amazing, just a quick walk over the bridge. Parking options although not full secure. Staff tried their best to be accomodating Beds comfortable. Great for a short stay.

Negative: Cleaning could definitely improve All up property is tired and attention to detail is definitely lacking

Positive: Yvette, at the reception was wonderful. My first room was not great but was able to change after two nights and the second room was way better. Location is ideal!

Negative: I needed a wake up call this morning, but after the accident yesterday, there was no electricity and nobody called me at 6AM. I almost missed my flight back home. Not impressed by the male receptionist! First room had no coffee maker, and when one was brought up, it didn’t work. And the bulb in the bathroom broke down one night and fixed only the day after…

Summary: I still had a very good stay at the hotel
