Positive: Quiet neighbourhood, private off-road parking, lots of amenities in the kitchen. Huge TV. Lots of storage. Private entryway meaning you can come and go as you please without affecting owners.
Negative: No heating/Aircon. Shower felt like it was about to fall apart, head was loose, pipes loose in wall, tray not level etc. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Whole place was very tatty, doors didn't shut/align properly, poor workmanship, funny smell in entrance hall. Owners were not loud, but being a basement you hear EVERYTHING above, especially when running water. Whole place just felt old and run down. No check in instructions (had to ask the day before arriving), nor any check out instructions.
Summary: Meh

Positive: It has a nice private entrance and a small, beautiful grove of trees right outside the door. It’s in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The sitting room is small, especially so when the sofa beds are deployed.
Summary: It’s a nice place to spend a couple of months.

Positive: The place was big and clean. Really close to the city center and in a beautiful neighbor. The bed is not really big and we were 2 adults and 1 toddler and one of us had to sleep in the living room. But not a big deal as there are sofa-bed. Also the parking is literally in front of the door.
Summary: Perfect place for a family of 3
