Summary: Super clean facilities. Saturday morning breakfast was so-so. Most of the food was nearly gone and no gravy at all.nor yogurt. Sunday breakfast was much better.well stocked.

Summary: The place was being renovated, plastic on the floors in the hallways, carpet cut around the bed, I guess where the bed was replaced but they didn't want to change the floors so just cut the carpet around the bed..there were signs up about renovations but only ever saw 1 person working in the whole hotel..nobody renovating. The room had basic cable, no streaming which was lame. Also the area of town this hotel is in was scary. Homeless people screaming at night..and everywhere around the hotel. Someone had caught the grass on fire down the street. Just a rough area. Would not recommend staying here or in this area.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay. Room was missing the hairdryer. Called front desk, talked to night attendant, but they did not deliver. Next day, after breakfast, talked again and they did deliver. Other than that snafoo it was a good stay.

Summary: The hotel was being renovated during my stay. There was hammering until 6pm each evening and I had to request to change rooms due to the noise during the day. The public corridors were not cleaned once during my 3 night stay and were full of construction dust and debris. Construction materials and other hotel furniture were stored in the public corridors, which has to be a violation with the fire department. If there were a fire, I never would have been able to get out of the building.

Summary: This was my second time staying at the Best Western, and once again, it exceeded expectations. This visit was for a very personal and emotional reason—my aunt’s funeral. Despite the circumstances, the kindness and hospitality of the staff brought great comfort. The Bahamian front desk attendant was especially warm, friendly, and professional, and the rest of the team was just as polite and accommodating. Several of my family members also stayed here, and we all shared the same wonderful experience. The service was top-notch, and even with renovations happening during our stay, everything was still clean, organized, and fabulous. I had previously stayed here last year for an event, and that experience was just as great. The consistency in service and attention to detail is truly appreciated. The continental breakfast was another highlight—clean, fresh, and delicious every single morning. Thank you, Best Western, for your continued excellence and for making a difficult time a bit more comforting with your care and professionalism. We’ll definitely return again.

Summary: When I entered my room to hang up my clothes . I found 2 open empty beer bowls next to the safe on the closet floor. Housekeeping did not clean my room had to ask for fresh towels and for the use ones to be taking away . Was awakened but hammering from the hotel being under construction
