Summary: The room size and amenities with microwave & refrigerator & 2 T.V.s were great. Bedroom & Separate Living Room with door for privacy. Desk clerk was very helpful. King bed was very comfortable. However, I went to take a shower at 9am and no hot water which was very disappointing which why I rated it low. Sunday breakfast consists of eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, muffins, bread, etc.

Summary: The front desk tried to be helpful...first room smelled like smoke. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a one room suite, but the couch in the room was badly stained (see photo). Kind of grossed me out. We asked for a sheet to cover the couch and again, the front desk was helpful. On a positive note, the rest of the room was mostly clean (I wiped most surfaces with a wet wipe and it cleaned up better), and the bed was comfortable. Bath was fine. Breakfast food was good, but the coffee definitely ho-hum. Although the hotel was right next to the freeway, we did not hear any traffic noise. We had a party of 3 staying there, and one of the other rooms also smelled like smoke. I have no idea how this hotel got such a high rating.

Summary: Hotel was clean but not what I expected being on the more expensive side. Pool was nice. Hot tub was nice but wouldn’t turn on. Bathroom very small and the door almost hit the toilet when opening it. Parking was not the best. Location was hard to get in and out. Not terrible, but could be better. They had buffet style breakfast but we don’t eat that early so I can’t comment on that. The breakfast room looked very nice.

Summary: Customer service and comfort fine but the condition of the room was absolutely horrible. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The bed had hair on the blankets and was stained with urine and blood. I wiped down the chair with a washcloth and it was brown with dirt. The cleanliness of the room ruined everything else for us.
