Positive: Breakfast was good, outside sitting area was cute

Negative: My floor kinda smelled like smoke 🍃, the other guests weren’t very courteous, considering I had a child with me at the pool, a lot of foul language. Bed was little too firm for my liking. The staff was very nice and helpful about the surrounding area and attractions.

Positive: The location was good. 5 mins to the Alamo and River walk. Good air conditioner and quiet place. Nice waffle makers!

Negative: The closet door was not working, the maintenance came to fix it. Breakfast was ok, from 6:30 to 9:30, so if you are a sleeper, you're gonna miss the breakfast! And they actually turn off the lights around 9:30.

Positive: The location and the staff were great.

Negative: Our king suite was not as advertised. There was no sleeper sofa. We inquired about it. We were told the picture online needs changed as suites only have a chair. We wanted a partial refund but was told it wasn't available since we technically had a suite. This made the room way overpriced.

Positive: It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The patio/ sitting area outside was very nice as well. The staff were nice and accommodating to the best of their abilities. Didn't get to try the breakfast but it looked good. The room was a nice size too and the stay was good.

Negative: The wait for check in. We got to the hotel at 1:45 and was told there was no checking in until 3. Another couple had been waiting since 11am to check in but the staff eventually got us checked in around 2:45.
