Positive: Reception was great .Security staffs visible all times Room Service 24 hrs Breakfast was wide spread . I was staying @ level 9 .The staff who was dedicated to the floor did his job with due diligence

Negative: Car park space was limited .The exit out of the carpark was constructed without consideration for turning radius .If you are not careful you may end up hitting the side walls of exit . Almost every other day the hotel is booked for various functions . Many cars to be parked and little space .

Summary: 14 days stay in Palu City in a top notch hotel .

Positive: Super nice and friendly staff, great welcome. Loved the view from our room. It was really quiet and restful. the rooftop restaurant has an incredible view. The bath towels were ridiculously massive and fluffy, never seen anything so luxurious.

Negative: cold water shower – I expected that the Best Western would have hot water. Gym/fitness area was dirty and stuffy. No AC.
