Negative: I DONT LIKE DOGS AT BREAKFAST. A LADY HAD A SMALL DOG IN A SHOULDER BAG AND WHEN SHE WAS GETTING FOOD THE DOG LICKED THE COUNTER AND THE SERVING UTENSILS.

Positive: I liked the prompt, friendly service at check-in and check-out. Also liked the full breakfast offerings.

Negative: In the time I had breakfast, starting right at 6:30am, I did not see any hotel staff wiping down tables or checking on breakfast items for replenishment. The scrambled eggs, which were wonderful, had already run out. The table I sat at had not been wiped down. While glad to see that oatmeal was option, it appeared that no one monitored this closely as the "hot" oatmeal was actually cold and extremely hard and dry. It may have even been left there from the day before as the container was not even lukewarm and did not appear to be on. Separately, I also noticed that the property's exterior was in need for upkeep and minor repairs as the sidewalk for falling apart in places and the parking area would benefit from repaving.

Summary: Besides the breakfast concerns, minor exterior con, I was very pleased with room and price.

Positive: The most responsive hotel staff! The cleanest rooms I’ve seen! The most comfortable beds! I just thought it was great by the way, the breakfast was exceeded many much more expensive hotels
