Negative: We did not like how your breakfast did not start till 8 AM… There was no coffee at 7:30! We walked next-door to McDonald’s to eat breakfast

Positive: We've been coming to this Best Western for a long time. We have family and friends in the area. It looks like they're trying to remodel. They still have a ways to go, but it's a nice location. When they get done, it will be nice

Negative: I'll give you a list of things The number one thing is people were smoking cigarettes and skunk (marijuana) outside by our air condition window. They need to move the picnic table across the other side of the parking lot, not next to the building. We had to keep on turning off the air condition when people were out there smoking. 2. The pool was not operating 3. The first room they gave us had a sheet of paper for a curtain. 4. Went down for breakfast, and there was no food left. 5. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, location was decent, with stores located close by for convenience.

Negative: Our room had a pungent smell of mildew. There was no carpet or rugs in the room making it very echoey, and the floor was sticky on bare feet. Thinking that may be where the smell was from.

Summary: Overall our stay was ok, very nice staff, a few tweaks and it would be great!!

Positive: Staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, and there were minor issues. The breakfast was ok. Wish there were bagels or some sort.

Negative: The pool was not in service, but the gym wasn't what I was expecting. Safety lock on door broken, back of remote broken, missing hook on back of bathroom door, tolit continued to run, alot dust on fan in bathroom, microwave turntable not working as it should, and fridge was leaking water.
