Summary: From the check in to other encounters with staff, all were very friendly and polite while being helpful. Rooms did not have in-room coffee machines but free coffee was available at the check in counter but it was not always fresh. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, all other supplies were good. Pool was nice but the stairs going in were not in good condition (loose and moved). Kids were loud and screaming with parents not controlling them. Food was good at the restaurant but a little over priced for me.

Summary: the overnight stay was for a break from a long car ride from ottawa for a medical appt. THANK YOU! for the free stay for our fur baby! thank you! 🙂 the beds were comfy, room was clean but an update would be beneficial.

Summary: My reservation stated a 1st floor room but when we arrived there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. My husband and I are older and have difficulty using the stairs and this Hotel had no elevator. We tried to find another hotel nearby but all of them were full. We ended up keeping our original booking and the Hotel had someone carry our heavy item up the stairs. The Hotel also gave us vouchers for breakfast at the on site's restaurant. Which we enjoyed very much. The lounge charged more for drinks and food than at the on site restaurant. The outdoor patio by the pool was relaxing. The pool was a bit cloudy but looked clean. The hot tub had clearer water and was clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Overall we were happy with our 2 day stay.

Summary: Comfy, however my room was on main floor with big window right off parking lot. I had to keep my curtains closed the entire time for privacy. Also, my room was non smoking but it had a lingering smell of old cigarettes.

Summary: Hotel staff was very friendly. The room cleanliness was not up to par though. My face towels were stained (looked like makeup they could not get out) and there was a lot of crust on the back of the tv remote. I couldn’t get the tv to work but that may be a user issue. There was a large clump of dirt by the closet so it was clearly skipped for vacuuming over there. There is no sound proofing and it was quite loud between the neighbours and the pipes in the walls. I woke up multiple times with white noise playing on my phone.
