Summary: Staff went above and beyond, the property is upscale and immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The hotel breakfast was worth the added cost and gave us a good start for our two days of shopping the Lille market.

Summary: Clean, tidy, secure. Comfortable bed. The receptionist was curt probably not the best position at the hotel for this individual. If the hotel was to instate a natural bright and cheerful receptionist the hotel would be a better experience.

Summary: This Best Western is a bit out of the way but was a perfect location for our needs. There are a couple of bakeries within minutes as well as a grocery store. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Summary: Check-in was easy with direct access from the car park to reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean with comfortable bed, large shower and the dressing gowns were a nice additional touch. Didn't use the other facilities as we only stayed one night but we plan to come back to explore the area further.
