Negative: The bathroom toilet sometimes flushed correctly. Almost every time it needed a plunger to flush.
Summary: Nice except for the toilet issue and constants smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator.

Positive: Waffle maker for breakfast but they should have two
Negative: Paper thin walls. Awakened by everything the neighbors said Spa whirlpool area was not picked up and the bubbles wouldn't work

Positive: Very clean facilities. The two-bedroom suite we booked was well equipped and comfortable. Very good breakfast.
Negative: The two-bedroom suite has the only toilet and bathroom inside one of the bedrooms, which I find very awkward and intrusive. I didn't feel comfortable using the toilet/bathroom inside the bedroom, the other two adults I was travelling with were sleeping at. Specially if I need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. I asked in reception for another suite with the toilet/bathroom outside the bedroom but I was told all suites are designed in the same way. Just bear that in mind. We didn't mind sharing the toilet/bathroom but having it inside one of the bedrooms wasn't comfortable.
Summary: Be mindful if booking a two-bedroom suite. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Positive: I come from a very rural area, so when a hotel is right on the freeway and in the center of the city, I always hear road noise, but I must say, Best Western Hesperia was quiet compared to other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and courteous, the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast had everything we needed and was very delicious.
Summary: I would recommend the Best Western in Hesperia to my friends and family.
